Biker Injuried After Hitting Car - 07.03.2008
On July 3, 2008, the Monroe Fire Department along with Green County EMS were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of HWY 69 and Allison RD. Upon arrival, crews found a subject in the middle of the road. The subjected was treated by EMS personnel and transported to Monroe Clinic ER for further evaluation. It was determined that the vehicle had slowed down or stopped on HWY 69 when the motorcycle struck the vehicle in the rear. It was undetermined if the motorcycle had slowed down. Crews remained on scene for roughly one hour.
