Trees Bring Car to Rest - 11.30.2007
On Friday November 30, 2007, The Monroe Fire Department along with Green County EMS were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in the 3700 block of Hwy 59. Upon arrival, crews found a vehicle that had left the road way and ended up in the tree line. The driver of the vehicle was able to get out of the car prior to emergency personnel arriving. The car received heavy front end damage. The driver was transported to Monroe Clinic for further evaluation of injuries. The cause of the accident remains under investigation by the Green County Sheriffs Department
