Driver Escapes Rollover - 11.08.2007
On Thursday November 8, 2007, the Monroe Fire Department and Green County EMS responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 3200 block of Hwy 59. Upon arrival, crews found the driver outside of the vehicle complaining of neck and back pain. It appeared that the vehicle was heading towards Monroe when the driver lost control, entered the ditch and rolled the vehicle over. The vehicle came to rest on its top and the driver exited the vehicle on their own. The driver was taken to Monroe Clinic for further evaluation of injuries. The cause of the accident is under investigation by the Green County Sheriffs Department
