Subject receives minor injuries after rollover - 09.13.2006
On September 13, 2006 the Monroe Fire Department along with Green County EMS responded to a one vehicle rollover accident at Hwy 59 and Weiss Lane. Upon arrival, crews found a SUV that had rolled over and was in the ditch on the drivers side. Initially there was no one around, but the driver later walked up to one of the fire units. It was determined that the vehicle was approaching the stop sign at Hwy 59 and Weiss Lane and failed to negotiate the curve causing the vehicle to roll over. It appears that the vehicle rolled over one and a half time. The vehicle was secured and a perimeter search was conducted to look for additional victims. The driver recieved minor injuries and was transported to Monroe Clinic.
